Looking forward to the weekend

Just wrapped up the Tiger eye earrings for safe passage to their new home...I now want to get back in studio to make more things!!! I just love it and get so excited about everything and cant wait to see each finished product....I just ordered a couple new stones i can't wait to get in and see!!!

INSPIRE~Tiger Eye Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings

With these earrings come an inspiring infatuation with the Tiger Eye looking deep with in the eyes as they glow and sparkle in the lighting and capture a glimpse of the glow in the evening lights...

I used two very beautiful tiger eyes for this pair of earrings measuring 8mmX10mmX4.5mm...As I am amazed with the beauty of the markings of a tiger and there movements and piercing looks.I tried to capture a little of it all in these pieces..Hand sawing a sturdy sterling silver back plate and a serrated bezel to hug these beauties tight.I applied two hand formed bails at the top and bottom of each piece..I then wire wrapped a thick 18g wire to create a dangle which holds a sterling silver textured ball & at the end of each piece hangs a tiny sterling silver leaf..I handmade the ear wires and applied a heat formed ball at one end of each ear wire..The earrings measure almost 2 inches from the ear wires...the backs are stamped with my initials of CBR..I then hand brushed a patina to the silver to add distinct characteristic to the designs...They were then polished and tumbled for hours for strength and shine...


Many legends say that wearing tiger's eye is beneficial for health and spiritual well being. Legend also says it is a psychic protector, great for business, and an aid to achieving clarity.

I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU ALITTLE ABOUT SODALITE...I LOVE ALL STONES AND MINERALS AND I BELIEVE I SHOULD POST TO YOU ABOUT SODALITE SINCE I JUST MADE A RING THIS WEEKEND WITH A LARGE SODALITE STONE...

I've been a busy girl this weekend...I made a pair of Fluorite Earrings (sold already sorry) and a turquoise bracelet named TWIN RIVERS...and I sodalite sterling silver ring size 9...Check them out on my Etsy page...I had a most wonderful time making them...I posted some pictures so I could share them with you!!!

FOLIAGE-Malchite sterling silver ring

~100% Handcrafted~

I have set an AMAZING Malachite 13mmx19mm into a sterling silver home...This Malachite is so ♥gorgeous♥ The many shades of green through out her and oh how she glows in different shades with different lighting...She is securely set on a strong sterling silver base and hugged tightly with a scalloped bezel...Two heat formed sterling silver pebbles and foliage accents added to piece..I hand cut and hand filed her to add the design around the stone...I sized to a small size 6 with a textured band...The back is hand stamped with my initials of CR..
I hand painted a patina to her to add that antiqued smoldering look..Then she was tumbled for hours for that brilliant shine and strength..

Braclet News

So I finished the bracelet and unfortunately I made it tooooo big..Not sure what went wrong there but i will need to re-do this piece...Shouldn't take long but these long hours at my other job are killing me...I will re-do the bracelet this weekend and post it soon!!! It does match the earrings that I made on Sunday...Check in soon to see the bracelet creation!!!

I have hand stranded these turquoise pieces to 22g sterling silver wire..I wire wrapped both ends to secure the turquoise and added a sterling silver dangle adding to the beauty of these lovely earrings...I used sterling silver ear wires for the bails to hang from..Turquoise Drops hang approximately 2 inches from tip of ear wires..These earrings come gift wrapped and ship USPS...
